About these terms

Using the game
The game is intended for personal entertainment. It does not offer betting, cash prizes, or cash-out features. Use the app and website lawfully, and do not interfere with their operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Your progress and preferences
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not provide an account or cloud synchronization. Removing the app, resetting your device, or clearing progress may remove saved data. We cannot restore progress from a server backup.
Game and website content
The app and website include text, artwork, audio, and software. Use of the game does not transfer ownership of that content. Any permissions provided by applicable law or separate licenses remain available.
Availability and updates
Features and website content may change with updates. Network services may be unavailable from time to time. The game's core play is designed to work offline. Startup connectivity checks and configuration requests may delay entry when a connection is unavailable. Push notification services require a network connection.
